I just wanted to write the two of you a letter letting you both know how satisfied I am with my most recent purchase of a 2010 Supra Launch 22. Your dealership is a first class organization! I first placed a deposit on a boat at the boat show in January and when I came home, Teresa (my wife) was not on the same page. I had to make the dreaded phone call to Lisa requesting a refund of our deposit. I received full refund within two days of my request. I was not expecting the return of my deposit so soon. Very impressive! With this in mind, I kept working on Teresa about a boat purchase. After convincing Teresa to agree to purchase a wake board boat, we went back to Atlanta Marine. "Deanna and I wanted to send out a BIG thank you to Karl and Kurt for working with us to get the 2010 Monterey 320SY...It was hard trading in the Supra Gravity Games we love so much, but were looking for more of relaxing lake experience w/ a bath, bed, kitchen, etc. After looking at multiple other manufacturers (Regal, Cobalt, SeaRay), it was very clear to us that the Monterey has the nicest layout, most attractive interior and exterior styling and the most technologically advanced (ECV & Joystick) choice we found for the price. As you know, we took delivery yesterday, Karl spent the morning and the majority of the afternoon training us and we haven't been back to the marina yet!!! We absolutely LOVE IT!! We may never come back to the slip...If you guys are ever out on the water looking for some good company, give us a call and we'll tie up and throw some good eats on the grill..."

"Heidi Moore was unbelievable!!! Very Knowledgeable, extremely helpful!! I was bringing my Outback in for warranty transfer/ Check-up and she said your shop had taken in 2 weeks worth of work, but she'd work me in when they could. She called the next day saying my boat was ready. She answered a hundred questions and was so pleasant in the process! You are an hour and a half away but with the service I received , it just became worth the drive. I Told Heidi you could put an Atlanta Marine Decal on my boat and I'd advertise for you on West Point and Sinclair.

"I received the boat on the 2nd of Dec and have been over the moon with the product. The finish and final fit out a craft this size is beyond comparison with anything else we have seen here in Australia. The performance is all I could have asked for with good fuel economy and enough stick to pull 2 riders out of the water or run the 3 tubes. By the way those tubes are enormous, great fun to float out the back and lounge around on. I have to mention the wet sounds speakers package, simply unbelievable!!
On Boxing day we attended a raft up with over 40 similar boats, once anchored we turned our sound system on, I found within half an hr all other boats had switched their systems off and we provided the beats for over 120 people on the beach and around the boat! Amazing clarity and projection made my day and I received many comments on the fit out and quality of the set up. Your guys done a great job of fitting the tower and making it easy for me to plug and play.
I am currently back at work for 2 weeks, which is probably a good thing for the boat as I have already clocked up 87 hrs over 4 weeks. On my 30 day break I spent 23 days out in the boat. She's one of a kind in my state and I know I will have no problems moving her on when the time comes and I will be looking at upgrading before the hrs get to high. If its easy can you keep me abreast of the next model updates. By the way how many hrs is a Volvo Penta 5.0 Gxi good for? Either way I am using the boat for what it was designed for, pleasure.

"I purchased a used boat from Atlanta Marine. I was told that the boat was in excellent condition, with no major problems. After two months I took the boat to another dealer for maintenance. The other dealer identified a potential problem. This repair would cost me over $300. I called Atlanta Marine to speak with them about the repair issue. After speaking with owner at Atlanta Marine; he assured me he would personally look in to it. He kept his word! He had the boat re-inspected with his head mechanic Tony. They found the cause of the problem, which was a minor issue ($5 part) that prevented a major engine problem. Even though I bought the boat AS-IS, it was important for me to have a dealer that stood behind his word. It made me fell good to know when a sales person tells you it is a great boat that they mean it."

"I just wanted to thank Michael, Kurt and Heidi for all their help trading my 2005 21V for this AWESOME 2009 22SSV Worlds Edition. Everyone is always extremely helpful as usual. This was my second purchase from Atlanta Marine and can't speak highly enough about the customer service. The boat is incredible!! The wake is the best wake I have boarded behind. Here are a few pics of it in the water. I have never had so many compliments on a boat in my life. Be assured, I will refer people to Atlanta Marine as I always have!!!

"I WANT TO THANK ATLANTA MARINE FOR WHAT THEY HAVE DONE FOR ME OVER THE PAST 2-1/2 YEARS.
I WAITED TO WRITE, BECAUSE AS A CUSTOMER, I WANTED TO MAKE SURE THEY WERE AS GOOD AFTER THE SALE AS THEY WERE BEFORE THE SALE. WHILE IT DIDN’T TAKE ME 2-1/2 YEARS TO FIGURE THIS OUT, I HAVE TO SAY THE SERVICE IS STILL AS GOOD AS IF I HAD JUST BOUGHT THE BOAT YESTERDAY. ANY SERVICE DONE TO THIS DAY HAS BEEN DONE WITH THE UTMOST PROFESSIONALISM. I USUALLY HAVE TO CALL TO BE SURE THEY CAME OUT. I CAN’T TELL THEY’VE BEEN THERE TO DO A SERVICE BECAUSE NOTHING IS OUT OF PLACE.
WHEN I FIRST STARTED LOOKING AT CRUISERS I WAS A NERVOUS ABOUT OWNING SUCH A LARGE BOAT, IN THIS CASE A REGAL 4460. I WORRIED ABOUT THE UPKEEP ON SUCH A LARGE VESSEL. KURT AND MICHAEL WENT OVER EVERY COST THAT I MIGHT INCUR AND EVEN ERRED ON THE HIGH SIDE TO MAKE SURE I WAS COMFORTABLE WITH THE FIGURES. THEY EVEN HELPED ME GET A SLIP AT AQUALAND. I CAN’T THINK OF ANY EXPENSE THEY MISSED. I APPRECIATED THE TIME AND EFFORT THEY TOOK TO MAKE ME COMFORTABLE, NOT ONLY WITH THE EXPENSES, BUT ALSO WITH THE PURCHASE.
THEY DID THE SAME WHEN I DECIDED I WANTED A WAKEBOARD BOAT. THEY SOLD ME ON A MOOMBA. IT FIT IN MY PRICE RANGE AND HAD EVERYTHING I WOULD WANT AND DID EVERYTHING I WOULD WANT FOR WAKEBOARDING.

"Pam & I were discussing how much we enjoy the quality of our Supra and the service you have provided over the years and thought we should let you know.
It was 11 years ago that we wandered into your store. You gave us your undivded attention, showed us the entire Supra lineup and took us out for a test drive. The Supra Sunsport was more expensive than other smaller boats we had looked at, but you pointed out the resale value and quality of materials used and assured us the price point reflected all those factors. You were right, the resale value still remains high and the quality of the materials is remarkable.
Over the years our boat has been serviced and repaired exclusively by your shop. There has never been a time I felt overcharged or the work completed was anything less than the very best in the area. Your team works tirelessly to locate obsolete parts from manufacturers that didn't last as long as our boat to keep us running in tip top condition. "My family and I want to thank you for all of your assistance at the Atlanta Boat show. It was definitely worth the 5 hour trip!! We are very excited about the order and cannot wait for your call to tell us to return to Atlanta to pick up our new LS. You can be assured that we will tell everyone we speak to on the lake (and I am sure with a boat as pretty as the one we ordered it will be MANY) where we got such great service. You are already known on Deerpoint Lake in Panama City (it was an Air Force pilot who told us about you) and because we are both 5 hours away from the Orlando dealer and Atlanta Marine we will tell them to visit Atlanta Marine!
The show was also a great place to compare all of the other manufacturers products there and it just reinforced what we already knew- we are getting a Great Boat at a great price. We spent some time in the MasterCraft area and met with the factory representative there. We spoke to him about our 1975 Stars and Stripes and about his products. We told him that they still make a great boat and when he asked if we were purchasing a new boat we said "yes we just ordered a Moomba as it was the best value for the money. He said something along the lines of "I don't blame you or I understand" and did not once try to talk us out of it. Didn't matter we loved the decision we made and my wife even surprised me by ordering a Z-Cargo Bimini top, her the one wanting to save money!
We also want to thank Tim, he has been nothing but nice and helpful with us.

"My fiance and I want to thank you (specifically Lisa and Tim) for an awesome experience dealing with Atlanta Marine. Honestly, we went to the boat show to strictly look at the Malibu line but absolutely fell in love w/ the 24'SSV Gravity Games. There really was no comparison between the two comporable models...price, features, luxury, etc. After putting our deposit down at the show to take advantage of the dealer incentives, we thought the day to take delivery would never come. Well, it did come and we're loving every minute of it!! We're on the lake as much as possible and have logged about 30 hours so far. I would highly reccommend anyone looking for a quality, luxury wakeboard boat call Atlanta Marine!! "
